You get a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our entire collection.

At Unicoo we care about our products and we do our very best to deliver every order to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that something is damaged along the way or that something is not quite right with a product, so that you can claim under the warranty.

You are legally obliged to report a defect to us within 2 months of discovery. If this defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your product free of charge.
