You receive a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our entire collection.

At Unicoo we care about our products and we do our utmost to deliver every order to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that something is damaged along the way or that something is not quite right in a product, as a result of which you can make a claim under the warranty.

You are legally obliged to report a defect to us within 2 months of discovering it. If this defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.
