You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s). We are forced to charge a handling fee of € 14.95 for processing the return shipment. With a successful return you will receive your purchase amount minus this fee. The return costs are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. Packaging must not be broken. All items must therefore be returned unused and clean.

If your return shipment does not meet the above return conditions, we are forced to deduct a value reduction from the refund.

Return process
To return something you need a return code. This is how you return a product to Unicoo:

  • Please contact our customer service via and indicate that you want to return an item.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the request including a return code.
  • Add this form to the package and note the return code (at the bottom).
  • Return the item undamaged and in the original packaging. You can feel and view our products at home, but return and pack them neatly as you received them. We can charge a depreciation for any depreciation that arises because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store.
  • After we have received the package on time and in good order, we will exchange the item (if desired) or refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Please note: Products that are custom made for you, or that you have ordered on sale, are excluded from return. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.

My order is damaged
We are sorry that your order arrived damaged at your home. Despite our precautions, it can unfortunately happen that a product is damaged before or during delivery.
