Shipping & delivery

Your order will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to process orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM on the same day. The average delivery time is 5 days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is 7 to 20 working days.

The delivery times for the Babel D outdoor collection are 9 weeks.

The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The shipment usually takes place via the delivery service DPD. In general, the delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
