To order

How do I place an order?

1. Go to a product page.
2. Click on the green button that says 'Add to cart' to put the item in your cart.
3. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your screen.
4. Click on the 'I'm going to order' button to go to the checkout process.
5. Enter your contact details. Click the green button at the bottom of your screen to continue.
6. Choose the desired shipping method. Click the green button at the bottom of your screen to continue.
7. Choose the desired payment method. Click the green button at the bottom of your screen to continue.
8. Make the payment via the desired payment method.
9. With a successful order, you will see the order confirmation. You will also receive an email containing the order confirmation.
10. If desired, download your invoice via the order confirmation in your mailbox.

Your order has now been successfully placed.

Can I specify a different delivery address and billing address?

Yes, when choosing a payment method you can enter a different billing address at the bottom of your screen. This custom address will also be processed on the invoice as included in the order confirmation.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, the order confirmation email contains a link to download your invoice as a PDF file.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT.

What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 5 days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is 7 to 20 working days. We try to process orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM on the same day.

No, your order will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I track the status of the shipment?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace link to track the shipment.

I have lost my invoice, can I get a copy of it?

Yes, please contact us and state the order number and/or your address details of your order. We will look up your order in our system and send you a new invoice as soon as possible.

Yes, we have a showroom in Hoegaarden (at an address other than our office address).
